Good Evening, PRE Families!
Based upon district assessment results, some students at Pea Ridge Elementary have been identified as needing additional instruction/intervention in one of the core Content Areas, and teachers have notified parents of this need. Accessing your child's data would be particularly important in these situations. We encourage all parents to track your child’s academic progress regularly; therefore, this message is to communicate to you the procedure for accessing current academic data for your child.
1. Open the FOCUS Parent Portal page.
2. At the bottom of the first screen highlight the Grades tab. There you will see the grades listed.
3. By clicking on the subject, you will be able to view the grade.
4. Once you click the grade under the grades column, you will be directed to the Grades (Assignments) page.
5. At the top, you can navigate through all the classes that your student is enrolled in during the semester.
6. Scroll down and the Assignments are listed.
7. These instructions will be made available on our website, as well.
